Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. This service does not require an email address for account creation. Usernames identify accounts, and passwords verify identity. Do not include passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
Account records include plan status, data usage, orders, and refund processing details. They are used to deliver subscriptions, verify charges, and provide support. Data usage is a cumulative figure needed for billing; it does not include websites visited or communications. Details and attachments submitted in a support ticket help diagnose issues. Please redact subscription credentials and personal information unrelated to the issue first.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
VPNUY does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing history, DNS query history, or communications, or maintain connection logs that link activity back to an account. Access destinations are not stored alongside account data.
Operating connections requires temporary processing of information such as source addresses, connection status, and traffic counts. Connection status is processed only in memory as needed to operate the service, then released when the connection ends; it is not retained as a persistent connection log. Cumulative traffic data used for billing is handled separately from this temporary status. Website analytics and the content accessed through routes are separate scopes; website analytics are not used to track users' activity on those routes.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and page errors so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to this website and do not collect content from other websites users access through routes. Account passwords, payment credentials, and subscription credentials should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or reset preferences, but does not automatically delete your account or orders. Sign out and clear relevant storage after using a shared device. Some panel features may not work correctly if your browser restricts storage.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNUY receives the amount, transaction identifier, and payment result needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide passwords for third-party payment accounts.
Third parties may process payment information under their own rules. Please review their terms before paying. To complete transactions, provide necessary technical support, or meet applicable legal obligations, information is processed or shared only to the extent required for the relevant purpose. VPNUY does not sell account data or use support ticket attachments for unrelated promotion.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for transaction verification and by applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are kept only until support, troubleshooting, or analytics purposes are complete; not all data is retained indefinitely.
To access, correct, or delete data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying what should be handled. This service will verify account ownership. Please consider subscription and support needs before requesting deletion. Records that must be retained by law or relate to an ongoing dispute will have their use restricted, then be deleted or anonymized when the retention reason ends. Residual data in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not restored for routine business use.
Security Measures and Policy Updates
VPNUY uses bank-grade encryption and limits access to information according to work needs. Users should also protect their passwords and subscription credentials. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.
When this policy changes, a new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be explained through a website announcement or panel notice. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required. Questions about this policy or data handling can be submitted through an account support ticket.
